The company goals are to provide real estate appraisal services to its surrounding communities, to prepare real estate appraisal reports according to USPAP Appraisal Standards, California State and Federal Laws and Guidelines, and to establish a fiduciary relationship with clients and the general public who solicit our services with the utmost responsibility and concerns that their needs are met with professionalism.
